"I just want to thank you for helping my daughter out yesterday! I felt horrible when she called our Chicago home in a panic on Thursday night. She was moving a years worth of "stuff" first thing Friday morn and had to be checked out of her DU dorm room by 9 a.m. Turns out her ride to the UPS store that morning was not going to be able to help. I felt immediate relief after talking with Walter. He assured me that Two Step could pick her up at her dorm, help her load her boxes in the van, take her to the UPS store so she could ship it all home and WAIT until she was done (heaven) and then transport her safely to her final destination. I do not know her driver's name (I'll ask her) but she said he was very nice and very helpful. Two Step did everything they said they would - and were reliable, safe and considerate. My student was a freshman this year and I can guarantee you I will use your service until she graduates! You guys were wonderful and really brought me some piece of mind!"
